Engine Test Stand

Automotive Paint
WHsensors has designed a complete line of pressure measurement products for automotive paint spraying systems. These product cover pressure measurements from 30" VC to 15,000?PSI. Automotive?paint spraying systems require air and liquid pressure?measurement throughout the mixing, storing and spraying process; and each stage has unique needs. The pressure transmitters that control the air compressor must be simple, reliable and reasonably priced. Transmitters in the paint line need to be flush and smooth for easy cleaning and changeover. Also, the presence of solvents in some paints may require an explosion proof or intrinsically safe transmitter.
WHsensors packages?pressure sensors and transducers?for on board vehicle diagnostics and test equipment for various manufacturers and race teams. WHsensors sensors have been subjected to various third-party, independent qualification tests to verify survival in the harshest environmental and operating conditions. Testing included; shock, vibration, salt water spray and submersion, dust, power washing, EMC, and chemical exposure.
The WH136 series pressure sensors are digitally compensated to gauge, compound gauge or absolute pressure ranges depending on the application. WHsensors can also offer custom configurations to satisfy any mechanical or electrical requirements for OEM applications.
For test and measurement applications, WHsensors developed the WH131 Aprecision pressure transducer. Featuring excellent accuracy and repeatability, the WH131 can be designed to handle pressure transients and excellent performance with exposure to high temperature engine environments.
